About UID Solutions
UID Solutions supports companies in implementing and working with UID marking in accordance with MIL-STD-130 and other relevant standards. Our focus is to make the process clear, correct, and sustainable, whether you supply the defence industry, larger OEMs, or complex logistics chains.
We have worked with multiple customers within the defence industry, including projects related to procurement processes involving authorities responsible for materiel acquisition for NATO-aligned armed forces.
This provides practical insight into both technical requirements and formal structures, as well as the operational reality of customers, subcontractors, and system integrators.
We combine technical expertise with hands-on experience from real-world projects where requirements, marking, and traceability must function reliably throughout the entire supply chain.
About the founder
UID Solutions is led by Johan Bergquist, with over 15 years of experience in technical development. His work has included assignments in collaboration with customers within the defence industry and other technology-intensive sectors, where traceability, marking, and quality requirements are integral parts of development projects.
This background provides a practical understanding of how technical requirements are translated into effective processes, from early analysis through to delivery and day-to-day operation.
